	Smart water products The Wireless Rain Sensors (WR2) and Soil Moisture Sensor (SMRT-Y) from Rainbird have been granted the Smart Approved WaterMark certification. The rain sensors automatically sense and measure both rain and cold temperatures to prevent unnecessary irrigation, saving up to 35% of water. 	Invisible repellent InvisiDye is an ultra violet (UV) dye — invisible to humans but visible to birds. When applied with any brand of bird repellent, birds see the dye and begin to associate the InvisiDye’s colour with the undesirable effects of bird repellent. 	Zorro Annual Fescue Zorro Annual Fescue is a drought tolerant grass that works very well wherever annual rainfall exceeds 250ml or on areas that receive extra run-in moisture and on areas receiving some supplemental irrigation. Zorro’s fibrous root system aids in water penetration. Strong seedling vigour combined with its early growth habit makes Zorro an excellent choice for getting a quick cover with minimum seedbed preparation. It is suited to soils with a pH of 4.3 or higher. When broadcast, 4 kilograms will sow 1 acre, the seed count is about 2.2 million seeds per kilogram.
